same here, i have at least 50 transactions that have not received receipts.....my customers are calling back **bleep** off that they havent received a receipt......been at least 3 weeks.....this is basic email not rocket science.....paypal get your act together!!!! my customers are **bleep** and so am i!!!!! how difficult is this?, you collect money from me for this service.....its not like i'm getting this crappy service for free. if your engineer cant fix this then they need to be fired and get newer engineers that know how to route email.
