Hello, I hope this is the right place to ask. I recently disputed a charge, because it seemed that I would not be getting the item I had ordered. We were however able to resolve the issue without the need of a refund. I then went to the resolution center and marked my issue as having been resolved. The case however did not go to the closed cases, but rather is marked under review. Did I do something wrong, or is my issue truly closed?
