Why does a pending transaction show as coming out of my PayPal balance when I selected to use PayPal credit at checkout (and made sure the “use balance first” option was turned off)? I double checked everything before I checked out, it should have used my PayPal credit but shows as deducted from my balance instead. Is there a way to fix this? Or does is correct when the transaction finalizes and is no longer “pending”?
