@ezw Don’t you see the “Change” link next to “Sending to a friend”? What country are you sending to? Not all countries can receive payments and some countries may not accept goods and services payments. Are you are sending this payment to the Ukraine? Because Ukraine cannot accept goods and services payments, only friends and family.
