Hi everyone ! So my funds has been on hold since 2021 and paypal emailed me saying that my account has been permanently limited and that they would email me after 180 days regarding imformation on how to access my funds. Until now, in 2024, I have not received any email from paypal and each time I tried to contact them I systematically received an automated response which consistently repeated the same thing and did not answer my query. Until this day my money is still on my paypal account but I cannot withdraw it. Can someone please help me with what action I need to take...
