I currently live in Southeast Asian country, where we do calls through internet mobile app like Whatsapp, Line, etc. Most of the time I connect to my apartment wi-fi to call, never requiring to use normal phone call charges. The fact that it's required to call Paypal for me to login (for the first time) into my Paypal Mobile is something I can't do because I can't afford the international phone call charges. Is there any way for me to get around this problem? Like, maybe contact with Whatsapp or something?
