I tried to transfer my paypal balance into my bank account, a bank (TD BANK) which I have already transferred money in and out of using paypal multiple times. However, when I transferred the funds it got denied after the fact and my funds from my balance are gone. Is my money is just poofed out of existence? Will it come back to my balance or will it show up in my bank? It says on my email my funds are on the way.
