I have a prepaid debit card I put in my wallet but it's now saying that it's going to charge $1.95 and there will be a code in the statement. I used Prepaid debit cards before on PayPal but this is the first instance I'm seeing this. Since the prepaid debit card has no statements where do I check and if not how can I cancel that $1.95 fee
