Hello @KrissyKing, Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear a recent transaction isn't going quite as you had expected. Normally, if you haven't received your item in a timely manner, we'd recommend opening an Item Not Received dispute. Since you don't see it in your PayPal activity, it sounds like the Order is still just an authorization. In this case we recommend continuing to work with the merchant to cancel the authorization and / or issue a refund for the purchase.
