Thanks for posting in the Community! I'm sorry to hear your payment wasn't processed as you expected, @seachelle. It sounds like the merchant may have initiated an authorization for the original amount before applying the discount. An authorization places a temporary hold on the money with your bank. However, they can adjust the amount and apply the discount when they complete the purchase. If this is what happened, you'll typically see the amount adjust within a week. I recommend reviewing your PayPal receipts and activity to determine if the discount is going to be applied or has been already. If the discount isn't applied and you have a receipt from the merchant saying it should have been, you may be able to file a dispute. I hope this helps! - Meghan
