Hello. I hope everything is a well. I opened a dispute case yesterday regarding my purchase from Dell. However, I thought maybe I should wait for a some time maybe Dell customer service will reply, so I cancelled the case. I did not know that cases which got closes can not be opened again. I really appreciate your help on this because I am getting scammed by them as I did not get the product nor the money back and I called them more than 10 times and they are doing nothing. I have all the evidence to support my side.
