i didn't use and make any transactions also not purchase anything... but today my bank account deduct my credit for a bill!! i check with the bank about the details, bank answer the transition is received from PayPal, claim to GUANG [removed]! what going on?? i dont know this name and never do any transfer to other even i never use PayPal so long already!
