So I tried withdraw my funds to my VISA card. At first I try to withdraw with small amount around $10, a few days later the transaction has arrived successfully is in my VISA card. Then I tried to withdraw a bigger amount, only $50, but suddenly that withdrawal request is immediately DECLINED by Paypal without clear reason. I was frustrated, then I tried a few more times with different and smaller amount, but all of them are immediately DECLINED too with no reason. I even tried changing the VISA card but that transaction also got DECLINED. After a few DECLINED transaction, suddenly I can't make any more withdrawal request. Every time I tried to make one, Paypal will immediately said "Things don't appear to be working right now" and just said to try again later. The difference is this declined withdrawal request doesn't show up in my transaction list, so seems like Paypal blocked my access to withdraw my own money. I can't even try get help from Paypal, if I tried to report the transaction, Paypal only provides 3 option, to report the transaction as "Unauthorized activity in your Paypal account", which is not my issue here. No one is trying to hack my account, no card is being stolen, and no one setup a subscription to my account. My issue is Paypal somehow declines all of my withdrawal request and decides that those request are unauthorized. Which is ridiculous since I'm the one that is logged in to the account myself and make those withdrawal account myself with the same device I had. Now I don't know how to reach to Paypal customer service, I tried messaging them via Facebook social media, but they just give me a Paypal phone number to call. That Paypal phone number don't even works! And the Facebook Paypal customer service just said they can only help by providing a number that don't works and ignoring any further inquiries. Is there anyone here having the same problem or/and have resolved the same issue like me? Or if anyone knows how to reach out to Paypal customer service to help with this case, please do help. I wish I didn't use Paypal to store my money..
