Hello PayPal I am trying to send money by PayPal and I've approximately $ 100 that I want to send to Yemen for the poor. Each time PayPal is asking me to give details about my credit card which unfortunately I no longer have. All my transactions I send by PayPal. Pls do advise me or update me about all this.
