PennyMac and Bill Pay: When I enter my account number, PayPal returns: "The number you entered doesn't match our records. Check your statement for this info." I assume this is based on how the mortgage account is titled vs how my PayPal account is titled. I've tried my name and my husband tried his name on his separate PayPal account and neither works. PennyMac gave me instructions on how to change this, but I don't know what to change it to. Anyone have a similar experience or have a solution? Thank you!
