I just received an email that someone used my email to create a new paypal business account. I do not have a paypal account under that email and they tried to link another email to that account as well. I cannot access this to change anything as they made the password. When I try to click on forgot password to get it sent to me, it says the account doesn't exist. I'm very confused and don't know what to do.
