Hello all, I started this Paypal account back when I was living in the United States, but I have moved away since then. My bank account, email, phone number are all deactivated. So when I try to accept the money I have in Paypal, I cannot do so at all. Even when I try to close my account, it won't let me transfer the remaining money to my wallet because the bank account registered in my wallet is American, and is closed. What can I do? Please help.
