Transaction ID 87X152572M679642Y Order placed on 4-Apr-2022 and payment made via Paypal on the same day as per instructions from Seller “ranmohdno-0”. Paypal debit my account HK[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] On 13-Apr-2022, Seller refunded MYR 4,280 into my Paypal account without prior consultation nor advice. And, Paypal advised that they will credit HK$ 7,926.49 into my credit card account. I suffered HK$ 389.87 loss in this transaction. I emailed Seller on 13th and 14th April requesting for compensation but so far, no response. Can I request Ebay / Paypal to look into this and appreciate remedy action can be taken e.g. to recover my loss of HK$ 389.87. Any advice, please.
