Someone I don't know managed to steal my money from my PayPal account, without receiving any notification from Paypal to my mobile or email. I requested them to return back the money but my request was denied. how could a person access my account without an OTP number or security questions? how I didn't receive any notifications? the person's email is weird, and I am not able to send him messages from the PayPal app.
