Good morning all, My PayPal account continues to charge sales tax on my transactions to Illinois. The address for my PayPal account and my linked bank account are for North Carolina (for several months even). I can't find a way to report to PayPal either, as I am only able to report specific transactions? Thanks for those of you who bother to read this nonsense.
