I registered an account with my credit card to make a payment for an intangible good. The other person can't get the money because it was held for 21 days. I never got an explanation of why it was held. Is it possible to either cancel the transaction and get the money back (with consentment of the other person) or to make something so the money can be taken now? Please help Thanks
