Hello, "The issue I am having is when I add my sandbox account to the add-on - the correct merchant id is connected, but the email confirmation to activate this account isn't being sent to me. I have looked in spam, trash, and the inbox with no luck" All email communication within our sandbox environment is sent to the "notifications" section of your PayPal developer account. The environment does not send emails to external email addresses. If you don't see the email to confirm the email address for your sandbox account within the notifications section of your developer account, login to the sandbox account and go to the account settings section, then email. Locate the email address and click on the "update" link. You should then see a "confirm email" button, click on this button and a new email should be sent. Thanks !
