Hello The payment was done by paypal and mastercard. It was made in Euro to a german recipient. In this case I could find an email-adress to contact the recipient. So I could get back my money without problems. But what if I could not contact the recipient and I only have the transaction-number ? Unfortunately I can not find any direct help from paypal. Can you explain such a case ? Thank you all !
