I'm sorry for any inconvenience, but there are some transactions PayPal is not able to process due to our compliance obligations. As @kernowlass mentioned, PayPal's re-launch in Thailand is based on complying with very strict and complicated laws and regulations, and that has impacted our ability to process all payments as we would like. @redheadbelinda there may be other factors at work in your situation, but I can't say for sure without additional information. If you're seeing the same error message @Prer mentioned, there would be nothing more PayPal could do to make a payment go through. If there is an issue with your PayPal account (such as a limitation), it will be necessary for you to complete any steps in the Resolution Center in order to have all account functions restored.
