(Transaction happened on Nov. 11, 2021) I have a friend from which I wanted to buy a sweater, but it was only right after I sent the money (€116) that I realized it was not my friend. PayPal does not allow me any refunds themselves because I sent the money as "Friends and Family", despite the transaction being accidental. The user has not replied to my messages asking for a refund. The user also doesn't have any email displayed on the transaction. My question is, is there a way for me to find the user's email and send them an email, hoping they will answer there?
