Hello, I am receiving donations for a project I am making helping dogs. I was trying to send some of this money yesterday, to another Paypal account, and also my own bank, and I get the message: 'you cant send money right now. it looks like there is an issue with your account, call or email us so we can help'. I have been trying to call them to no avail, I also don't find the email anywhere, it's like they don't want to help people who have problems. i need to do a transfer today, it is very important, so I don't know how to solve this if they don't even pick up the phone.
