PayPal limited me during a refund, and now decides to keep the refund themselves and block me from contacting them. How do I appeal when they dont give a reason and decide to ignore me? One day I pay 140 euros and got refunded pretty soon after that. Two days later PayPal took the money from my bank, put my account on limited status, and blocked me from contacting them by already having 'reviewed' my case. And all they said was that I broke user-agreements. This sort of thing I should be telling the police. This is just sad. How do I appeal this thing, and how can I get my 140 euros back from PayPal? Which I'm pretty sure they stole.
