Heyy, i have two problems because it's been a while since i used my paypal, first is that i changed my number and now i can not login after i changed my password, and the second problem is that i messed the cvv of my card before changing my password. So now it's stuck in that account and i can't use it even if i open new paypal account, i just need my card into a paypal account, any solutions? Thank you
