Hello, I tried to withdraw money to my bank account for this first time using paypal. It is currently under a 72 hour review. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to help with the process? What happens if for some reason the review doesn't pass? Will I still have access to my funds inside paypal (ie for using, not withdrawing)? Right now the balance has been deducted from my paypal account, but doesn't show in my bank yet.
