I ordered and paid through PayPal shoes advertised on Facebook. When my PayPal email receipt came through tax had been added which there was no mention of in the advert. I cancelled immediately but instead of doing what I asked they kept sending emails asking why I had cancelled. I was well within the 14 days and cancelled before the goods were shipped but due to the delaying tactics the goods got shipped anyway. They are refusing to refund until they receive the goods back and the shipping cost is down to me, they say, even though I cancelled the order. The goods are not as advertised. “Air cushion, orthopaedic, diabetic walking shoes”. They are hard, inflexible plastic with no air cushioned inner sole at all just cheap cotton liner stuck onto the plastic moulding!
