My PayPal has stopped working in the App Store since being refunded from an recent payment dispute/refund from an in-app purchase. Now all attempts to download apps and pay for in-app purchases are being declined. I have tried removing and re connecting PayPal however payments are still declining. (Yes I have money in my linked card accounts)
