Hey, so long story short when i try to buy stuff online with my paypal balance, i cant. It doesnt let me, on every page it says ''We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method.'' and it pops this error: genericError?code=UEFZTUVOVF9ERU5JRUQ%3D and when i try to send money to someone it says: ''Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service'' I seriously dont know what to do i msged paypal support throught online chat and they said that my paypal is not limited and i have full access. I only have my real id on it no bank and no cards. But its not limited If anyone knows how to fix this please tell me it means alot
