Hello, I know that Tax Guidelines have changed for Goods and Services, but if I were to add money to my PayPal Wallet/Balance by going to a local store (Walmart, 7-Eleven, CVS, etc), would those type of transactions require the tax form or is this treated the same as a "friends & family" type of transaction?
