Not being able to withdraw to your card for an extended period of time would be concerning. I'm truly sorry for the trouble! It's unfortunate that none of those actions worked to resolve the problem. I kindly request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps, which might help resolve issues like these: - Access http://www.paypal.com from a desktop web browser or mobile internet browser. - Try using a different web browser or network. - Please do not use any VPN services. - Login from a secure or trusted location. - Be logged in from the region you created and registered the account with. Note, you may add a Visa card issued in Honduras or an US bank account number and routing number. Feel free to report back to the Community if you still have trouble. Additionally, this may be a situation where your account needs to be reviewed by an agent. In that case, please contact support for assistance. This can be done by reviewing our Contact page at the bottom of the PayPal website. You'll scroll down on the next page and select from the available options at that time.
