I linked my Visa debit card today - it was successful and I was charged with 100 PHP which will be refunded soon. However, there was an additional charge of 52.60 PHP with the same caption (VISA POS Debit) that was charged at the same time my debit card was confirmed. Please note that I did not request to resend the confirmation code for the card.
