I got an email saying that Paypal couldn't collect funds from my checking/routing numbers, so they switched to a different card. In the process they deleted my checking account from the wallet, and wont let me add it back on. They no longer let me add my checking via trial deposits, So i have to login and verify the security code of my Online Banking. Everything i type is correct, I make sure I'm putting the correct 2 factor authentication code and it only tells me they cannot and to try again later. I called Ally Bank to see if they have any restrictions on their end and there is nothing, so there is no reason my charge should of failed to post over there... Ally tells me that they didn't even see the charge in their ACH warehouse. And before anyone tells me I might be imputing wrong or old code for the 2 factor authentication, I assure you, I am not.
