Good evening everyone, Alright, after my initial frustration trying to call the help center (there's no English-speaking person in Germany apparently), I'll try my best to explain my problem here. Basically, I bought a portable air conditioner in June of last year and I payed it with a 12-month PayPal Installment Plan. First experience with installment plans, but everything went smoothly. At some point 12 installments was starting to feel too long, so last month I decided to pay the last half all together. I saw there's a "Make additional payment" option, which I used to pay what was left. I was charged the right amount. Now the problem is that, I'm still being charged the monthly installments. Have I done something wrong? Is this "Make additional payment" not for that? Also I tried reporting the issue in the resolution center, but when I choose the transaction I get the following message: "Unable to complete your request. We’re sorry, you can’t file a case on this type of transaction. Please refer to our User Agreement for more details." So basically, I have no other resource left. If anyone had a similar experience and can shed some light on the issue, I'd really appreciate it. Stay safe! Juan
