@cameliec and If you need to cancel an order or PayPal authorization on your account, contact the seller directly. An order or authorization is a contract between you and the seller to purchase an item for a set amount, and PayPal does not have the ability to void that contract. To find the contact details of the seller: Click Activity at the top of the page. Click on the transaction in your list of recent transactions. On the Transaction Details page, you'll see the seller's name, email address, and, if available, customer service phone number. Additional Information : Orders and authorizations generally expire after 30 days. Authorizations can also be placed for an upcoming purchase, such as a hotel stay or reservation. This type of authorization will not be processed until you arrive.
