Does Paypal charge a "clearance fee"!?! Someone is meant to transfer me $700 for my photography/videography services.
I sent the buyer the request with their email, and they sent this screenshot back to me! Is this legit or am I being scammed $25? I have not sent the buyer the content being purchased yet.
I would assume that if there was a clearance fee that it would automatically deducted from the total amount being sent, and that it would go to PayPal not the buyer? Please see the following two screenshots:
