I have set up a Standard PayPal Checkout. I'm doing some negative testing in the sandbox but I can't get INSTRUMENT_DECLINED to work properly.   If I test "DUPLICATE_INVOICE_ID" I get the expected "422 UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY" status code with an easy to understand "details" json response.   But if I test "INSTRUMENT_DECLINED" I get a "403 FORBIDDEN" status code and no helpful information.   From the docs, it looks like I need to handle INSTRUMENT_DECLINED...   https://developer.paypal.com/docs/checkout/standard/customize/handle-funding-failures/   Am I misunderstanding something? When I browse the PayPal developer pages, I can't find any mention of a PHP SDK but I found this one, which seems to be an official PayPal offering...   https://github.com/paypal/Checkout-PHP-SDK   I have it up and running and PayPal checkout is working. But is this package actively maintained and supported by PayPal? and is it the recommended solution for those working in PHP?         ... View more
