I appreciate that PayPal tries to maintain very high security...... However, since their computer programmers mistakenly assume that closed OS garbage files (that are totally closed files) are live files...then the intelligent PayPal programmers should write and offer a solution to their customers. The last time I checked, customers are what drives revenue and profits for private companies like PayPal..... Does PayPal really give a hoot about all the customers they have stupidly turned away because they (PayPal) treats closed garbage DLL files as if they are live VPN programs... (A especially chronic problem with Windows 10 and 11 users). The intelligent Paypal computer programmers should write a "clean-up" routine for all OS systems that sanitizes your OS garbage files to the satisfaction of PayPal. Sanitizing or removing these closed garbage DLL files is NOT something an average user should attempt. It takes knowledge of the low-level OS programs and routines. It is easy to disable your computer permanently if you try this on your own. The problem is a unique PayPal created problem -- the customer is NOT at fault. Paypal needs to fix their problem....
