@kernowlass credit card and bank account linked and confirmed. I am wanting to use the funds in my balance (USD) to pay for the same currency (USD). I have not been able to pay through this account ever yet. I've tried on multiple websites for purchases but always gets the same message but when I log into my other paypal account I am able to complete my purchases.
