Hello @OtterlyCuri0us, Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into an issue making a payment on your Nintendo Switch. Thanks for letting us know you've unlinked your PayPal account and Nintendo. Have you Cancelled the Billing Agreement on PayPal's end as well? If not, I'd start there, then add and confirm a valid card, and then see if you're able to re-link your PayPal account to Nintendo.
