@ElHoucine You’ll have to contact the recipient and they’ll have be willing to follow through with issuing a refund. Friends and family payments cannot be disputed as they are not covered by purchase protection, unless there was evidence of a unauthorized activity via breach of your PayPal account. It is important to review payment information and be absolutely sure you want to send money to someone via friends and family option as mistakes are costly. I sent money to the wrong email address, but the payment is completed. What do I do? If the payment is Pending and unclaimed, you may be able to cancel payment on your end or wait 30 days for payment to be returned automatically: I want my money back. Can I cancel a payment? Why is the payment I sent pending? Can I cancel it?
