As stated above, someone keeps trying to steal my account and I don't know how.
I have added phones and google authenticator as two steps verification but I received emails from PayPal saying my password changed/two steps verification turned off and then turned on again and I have to reset everything which is very frustrating.
Is there any way to solve this? I am sure that my phone and email are secured.
