I've been trying to withdraw my money for the last week but I always get a message "There’s a problem Right now, we’re not able to transfer the funds to your bank." My card has been confirmed by PayPal as far as I can see (1.5 euro has been frozen and then successfully returned). I do not understand how I can contact support without the help of calls but via email. Please tell me what to do.
