Hi,there. I'm new here. I registered and add my MasterCard,it was tokenised, I got the code, I entered it, voilà. Did what was asked from me. However, I can't get any help in finding a particular answer on my issue- why I can't send money as a payment to a foreign business, if my card is (seemingly) confirmed (and not sure how to really check that out). I stop at the step- "buying a service" and the button - "confirm and send" is invisible.. why? Tried to call a customer service- the number is useless-not reachable, even if I add the correct country code.. not even speaking about trying to contact via message- 90 days from receiving..yeah,right- that's very helpful for a necessity to solve the problem urgently! I also couldn't link my bank account (Switzerland) and I know for sure it's not a bank's issue. I don't see where I can check about being confirmed, I don't see a summary button and I'm just confused- what the heck is the exact problem,why I can't pay with my linked and confirmed bank card..?
