I was trying to use Paypal to complete my payment on Vitacost.
Each time, Paypal window would open, I was asked to enter my address and confirm payment. All good apparently. Finally, the window would close upon confirming. After that nothing happened and I was back to the start where Vitacost asked me to choose my payment option. I repeated this procedure probably 4-5 times. I decided to use my credit card instead.
I contacted Vitacost and they replied that everything on their side was working. They advised me to contact Paypal. Can somebody explain to me what happened and why? I used Paypal in the past, always without problems. Browser: Firefox. Device: MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports)
