After almost 4 years of normal usage, I can't transfer funds to VISA Electron Business card that represents my bank account anymore (since last Thursday). Spoke with PayPal EU headquarters in Ireland twice, they confirmed everything is OK, spoke with my bank 10 times, they confirmed everything is OK. I've even managed to "confirm card" once again and the confirmation fee was both deducted and refunded, which makes it clear that the channel is open. But transfers are still not going through. Any ideas? My bank says that PayPal system is trying to send the money as "instant transfer" while I can't even mark that card on that list, it's listed only within the "standard transfer" group. I'm transferring money to the other card stated in the "instant" group without a problem, but I need both cards to work properly. Please advise. Much appreciated.
