Bonjour à vous tous j’espère que vous passez une agréable soirée. J’ai un petit soucis avec mon compte. Lorsque j’essaye d’envoyer de l’argent à quelqu’un par exemple un montant plus de 10£ j’ai cette erreur « We're sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment right now. Please try again later. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact Customer Service.» Et aussi lorsque j’essaye de faire un retrait vers mon compte bancaire ou vers ma carte j’ai cette erreur « We're sorry, something seems to have gone wrong. Please try again later.» Notez que mon compte n’a aucune restriction. Si quelqu’un sait pourquoi cela fait ça veuillez m’aider à résoudre le problème.Merci ☺️ Hello to all of you, I hope you have a pleasant evening. I have a little problem with my account. When I try to send money to someone for example an amount greater than £10 I have this error "We're sorry, we weren't able to complete Your payment right now. Please try Again Later. If you continue to encounter problems, Please contact Customer Service." And also when I try to make a withdrawal to my bank account or card I get this error "We're sorry, something seems to have Gobe wrong. Please try again later." Note that my account has no restrictions. If someone knows why it does this please help me solve the problem. Thank you ☺
